I ordered some videos at the beginning of Sept. I did it over the phone, on the weekend. There was a mix-up. Well, last week I finally got it straightened out. Customer Service was SO helpful. I emailed them, and then they got back to me w/ a phone call (Friday night, after 6 CST no less). They rectified the problem. Needless to say, I'm a Cathe fan for life! Thanks for the personal attention!
