Sorry for replying to this, since I'm not Cathe, but I wanted to share that I receive great customer service with Cathe.com, too.

I know that there are many people who have had bad experiences with Cathe.com's customer service and I feel really bad for them. I hope that Cathe.com has corrected or will correct the problem(s) for them.

I've never had to return a defective DVD to Cathe.com, so all of my experiences have been with ordering/purchasing. On a couple of previous orders, I wanted to modify the order and sent Cathe.com an e-mail. Nancy replied within 24 hours and modified the order as I requested and a refund appeared on my account 1 day later for the item that I requested to have removed from my order. (Cathe.com does charge your account immediately upon ordering online).

I am a huge Cathe fan who thinks that she's the best in the fitness industry. I also realize that she, Nancy and Chris are human and that there's always room for improvement and for mistakes to be made. Those who have had bad experiences are certainly entitled to their opinions. I just wanted to chime in and say that Cathe.com can and does offer great customer service. Thank you, Cathe and Nancy!
 
I know that I haven't been around as long here, but I agree Kim and libra32. I had an issue recently and Nancy took care of it immediately and she was soooooo nice too!!:)

I had some questions awhile back and I got a response from Linda very fast. I've had nothing but postive experiences with cathe's customer service team.
 
I think the customer service at SNM is great and I hope that doesn't change with the new business deal...

Nancy just helped me, too, and I am very appreciative!
