CTX?

I just got the CTX DVDs, and even after taking a look at the them, I'm still pretty confused about how they work. Are they all separate workouts? Or are they different combinations of the same things? The way they're set up is fairly confusing. When Cathe says to do "CTX kickbox" on a rotation, does that mean the whole workout including the biceps that are included?

CTX workouts are designed to be used as combo weight/cardio workouts.

If you want to do your own rotation of them, I recommend doing them in this order (I'll indicate the body-part emphasis, but you should do both the cardio and weight sections---unless you don't like the cardio and want to do something else. Be aware that CTX cardio has a lot of impact in--5 out of 6 workouts-and a lot of step--4 workouts, whereas Cathe has recently posted recommendations to do step 2-3 times a week).
