For the last month, I have been doing exclusively Cathe and seeing great results. I start the week out with either Circuit Max or Body Max. The following day I do one of her step tapes. Then I do either 10-10-10 or All-Step and combine the triceps and shoulders and end with the abs (I can't remember if its on 10-10-10 or All-Step.) The next day, I do Step Intervals and combine the chest with the biceps and abs on Kickbox. I have to admit that I never use the Kickbox aerobics--I just cannot seem to get a sweat from it, no matter how much intensity I use. The next day I combine Circuits with half of Leaner Legs. Once again, I just cannot do all of Leaner Legs. The 6th and final day I combine half of MIC with the rest of Leaner Legs. I have really seen some amazing results from this rotation.
 
Congrats on the results!! I was just curious...what rotation were you doing prior to this one and if you've changed your eating habits at all.

I was gradually recovering from a dislocated knee and ankle fractures and very gradually returning to step and aerobics. For the 6 weeks I was in a cast and then a boot, I only did upper body weights and abs three or four times a week. I already owned the CTX series and feared I would never be able to use them, but I am back at it again after doing my easiest Step tapes--Kathy Smith, Jane Fonda's step and stretch, Kathy Kaehler's very long celebrity tape, then some step tapes that were a bit more difficult by Kari Anderson. I didn't do anything with impact on the bad ankle, knee for another six weeks and when I first started out I used the platform alone. As for diet, I HAVE lost weight since the beginning of the year by cutting out my evening ice cream after dinner dessert completely and shifting to peanut butter and jelly for my sandwich at lunch--away from cold cuts. I have lost 13 pounds since January. Oh--and I currently wear an ankle brace and a knee brace while I am exercising.
