Are the CTX workouts, I only have them on VHS but are they good for losing weight ? I would of considered myself more of an advanced exerciser but lately I have been to relaxed with my eating & workouts which results in weight gain and it seems like I've lost some strength and I thought I read somewhere here that CTX are good. Not that these can't be advanced but anyway I am rambling so... I noticed they are shorter workouts then most though so what are all your thoughts ? Oh and I know eating has to go hand in hand for this to all work
