My friends and I have been doing something simlar to Bronzedgoddess: Mon. is LL with CTX shoulders, Wed. is the rest of the CTX upper body with the planks, supermans, and abs from CTX Circuit, and Fri. is PH with (sometimes) the floor work from PS Legs thrown in. Sometimes we do the floor work after LL...it just depends on everyone's time and energy! Since they all come to my place (I've got the DVD's and most of the weights), I'll throw in some extra lower body work on Wed. afternoons on my own. Hope that gives you something to mull over.
