ctx upper - how many times a week?

I just ordered ctx upper body, I like to work upper body three times a week. Would you suggest MIS, Power Hour and CTX upper, or
should I do the new tape two times a week with Power Hour on the other day? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
I like the idea of using MIS,PH and CTX upper each once a week. I'm trying to figure out a rotation so I can somehow use all of my Cathe dvd's and tapes. Since MIS and PH both have a lowerbody section you can do M-MIS, W-CTX, F-PH and do cardio on T,Th&S depending on your goals.

My friends and I have been doing something simlar to Bronzedgoddess: Mon. is LL with CTX shoulders, Wed. is the rest of the CTX upper body with the planks, supermans, and abs from CTX Circuit, and Fri. is PH with (sometimes) the floor work from PS Legs thrown in. Sometimes we do the floor work after LL...it just depends on everyone's time and energy! Since they all come to my place (I've got the DVD's and most of the weights), I'll throw in some extra lower body work on Wed. afternoons on my own. Hope that gives you something to mull over. It's been a great rotation. CinDee
 
Thank you both for the ideas. I do need to fit cardio in there at least four times a week. I think I will rotate the upper body tapes.
 
How about Body Max?

You can always throw in Body Max. It has an excellent upper body section, and a good cardio lower body combo all on one tape. Also, when I'm tired I'll often just do two sections of this tape rather than the whole thing 'cuz it's a killer.
