CTX Upper Body

Hey Everyone, I just tried this tape the other day and boy was I delighted. I have been doing GS for a while now and decided to change things up a bit. I can't believe how sore my biceps are.
Here is my question. I have made great improvements in my arms from using GS. Will doing CTX Upper Body for a while help to maintain those improvements? It felt like such a great workout. What do you all think? Thanks so much and Happy Holidays!

I think it will help maintain your improvements. I did this workout 1- 2 times per week for a few weeks and loved the results. I added a little definition as well as maintaining, if that makes sense. Also, sometimes I would use higher weights and use less reps than Cathe, but in the same time frame as each of her sets - just for variety. I love CTX overall. Melissa
 
i just ordered this one as well as the slow and heavy series that are on clearance. i am looking forward to doing these since i have heard everyone getting great definition from them.
