It's really not like any of those. She chooses one muscle a day in the CTX series and goes at it hard (in a light/fast sort of way) for 10-15 minutes. So it takes an hour to do them all. Maybe the best substitute would be the upper body pyramids, or the upper body portion of BodyMax. I only have the VHS of CTX and would really like to have them all together in one tape, but I never have bought it. I sometimes use just the cardio of several CTXs and then do 3-4 of the upper body segments in one stretch. They are tougher and longer than the other things you mention that you have, but more endurance oriented like PH/ME.
If you really don't want to buy a new thing, you could do the upper body premix of ME, or the PUB workout from the stuff you have. It's not a good match with the slower heavier stuff like PS and SH.
