CTX upper body and Body Fusion sub?

Hi everyone -

The rotation I am doing calls for CTX Upper Body, which I don't have. So I'm looking for a sub, but I'm not sure what it's like. I have the following DVD's: Muscle Max, Supersets/Push-Pull, PUB, and BodyMax (on VHS)...those would probably be the closest. What do you think would best approximate CTX Upper Body?

The rotation also calls for Body Fusion. I was thinking that the hi-lo/circuit from SJP would be a good sub. Any thoughts or other suggestions?

For CTX UB I'd sub Muscle Max or Body Max. She works each body part to exhaustion in CTX. You do 10-15 min of exercises for each muscle and you're pretty worked when it's over. You may want to consider repeating the sequence on Muscle Max, say do the biceps twice. Since Muscle Max is a full body workout I don't think she works each group as hard as she does on CTX.

Your SJP suggestion for Body Fusion would be an adequate substitute.
 
PUB would be a perfect sub for CTX upper body. CTX UB is an endurance workout, and takes about an hour. That also describes PUB.

Body Fusion is a fairly easy step & weights circuit. The hi/lo weights circuit from SJP would work fine, if you want to do hi/lo. If you want to stick closer to the rotation and do a step & weights circuit, then do the step & weights circuit premix on SJP.
