CTX - Step & Intervals

I hate to admit I've had this tape for awhile and just did it for the first time last night. I was so worried that I'd be stumbling over my feet and I wouldn't get a good workout, but I had a really easy time doing this. Not that I didn't sweat, but I was smiling during the workout because I could keep up and it was so much fun. I just love Cathe workouts!! She's the best. I know I won't be disappointed with the new Hardcore series.

Hi Beth, this is one of my favorite from the CTX Series. I just love the step then follow by 3 intervals. So much fun:)
 
I love this one too!!

I just broke out Rhythmic Step for the first time in a long time and it was so much fun! I just wanted to yell, "Wheeeeee!" Tee-hee!
 
This is one of my fave workouts too:). I love the rocking horse over and shuffle down the board, like Dani says "Wheeeeeeeeeee"!!
The Hardcore Series is going to ROCK THE HOUSE!!!! Cathe's just the best.

Hi Beth! This is another one of my favorites and do it often when I want to mix cardio with weights or need a quick, short step routine! It definitely gets the job done! So glad you enjoyed it too! :) :)

I love the CTX series.I too had the series for a long time before I cracked them out.I thought they were short little workouts for days when I was not up to heavy training.I was very wrong.They have become my favourites-the music etc & you can do so much with them.I combine All Step & Step & Intervals into one long workout.I also combine two body parts lower the reps like Slow & Heavy as I want to have more of a strength based workout rather than endurance.In a previous post one individual stated there only regret regarding the CTX series is that they did not purchase it earlier.I wholeheartedly agree.CTX is a must have.

I've just been 'rediscovering' my Cathe tapes in the last few weeks. I did this one today and had a smile on my face the whole time- well, almost- those last jump ups were getting to me. I felt so sluggish before my workout and now I feel ready to face the day. Gotta love those endorphins!

Step and intervals is great!
For anyone who wants to keep it more interval like and longer and cardio only, try repeating the intervals for a total of 6 intervals ! Great workout! its about 45" that way minus the one body part.
