I also have Stepworks from a trade but I'm too scared to try it. (I also preordered her new series yeah can't wait!) My question is how do I use the CTX series? I noticed on a previous thread Jillybean you had some rotations I was wondering if you, or any of you knowledgable Cathe fans, could give me some direction. Thanks so much for all your valuable help.

Hi Doreen,

I am interested in this too. I read on an old thread that Jillybean went down 2 dress sizes from using the CTX series, and I am still shocked  !!!!!!! It is Brilliant !

So, Bumping....

LAST EDITED ON Nov-12-02 AT 07:09AM (Est)[p]The CTX series is it's own rotation - simply grab one out of the box and do it. Just put a couple of days in between Power Circuit and Leaner Legs.

Just Do It! :)

This is exactly how I used it, feel free to modidy to suit your body goals.
Sat. Step Intervals, Chest and Shoulders (from All Step)
Sun. Power Circuit, Back and Biceps (from kickbox)
Mon. 10-10-10, Triceps and Chest (from Step Intervals)
Tue. Kickbox, Biceps and Back (from Power Circuit)
Wed. All Step, Shoulders and Triceps (from 10-10-10)
Thu. Leaner Legs
Fri. Rest!!!

Have fun!

Thank you all for your quick responses! I will definetly try those rotations. I can't wait! But as with Cathe I'm finding out, I should be afraid, be very very afraid!!!

Thanks Jillybean,

I have written this rotation down in my Tape Rotation book. I haven't got the CTX series yet but will be buying in January, this rotation will come in very handy !

Anna :)

I used Jillybean's ctx rotation for week one and on week two I combined the weights like this:
Step & Intervals (Chest) & Bi's
Power Circuit (back) & Tri's
All Step (shoulders) & Chest
10 10 10 (tri's) & back
Kickbox (bi's) & shoulders
Leaner Legs
rest

Then by week 3 I was getting kind of tired so I went with a shoulder emphasis and did this:
All Step (shoulders)
Kickbox (bi's)
Power Circuit (back) + chest
10 10 10 (tri's)
Step & Intervals (skip chest) + shoulders
Leaner Legs
rest

I've also done a push/pull combo.
This series is truly awesome. The combinations are many. I've even used the weight work after other cardio.

Get the dvd if at all possible, it makes mixing and matching so easy.
