CTX Rotation

Hi Everyone,
I just ordered the CTX series as well as the Circuit Max & Cardio Kicks. Last time I was reading messages, I ran across one post that took me to a link with all these great rotations. I cant seem to find it now!! Please help or can you offer some suggestions on a rotation for this series. Thank you!

I have just started doing a CTX rotation this month. I can post the rotation I am doing on this thread a little later this evening for you so check back! CTX is great coz it's sooo versatile and you can create so many different rotations just using this one series!

Okay, here is the rotation that myself and another forum member are following this month....

Sunday - Power Circuit -- ADD Biceps from Kickbox
Monday - 10-10-10 -- Add Chest from Step Intervals
Tuesday - Kickbox -- Add Back from Power Circuit
Wednesday - All Step -- Add Triceps from 10-10-10
Thursday - Leaner Legs -- Add 30 mins any cardio of choice
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Step & Intervals -- Add Shoulders from All Step

Hope this helps...atleast gives you an idea of a ctx rotation you can do and you don't even have to add the extra body part or the extra cardio with LL. You can do ctx strictly as it was made-1 work out per day with 1 rest day per week!

I'm expecting CTX to be at my doorstep when I get home. Unfortuately hubby will be there to get the package which he doesn't know is coming...oh well!!!

Anyhow - I'm going to try to preview some tonight and try to start tomorrow afternoon after my clinical. I'd love to join you two and get some motivation and perhaps some accountability!

I couldn't do LL yesterday so I made yesterday my rest day and did it today preceeded by the cardio from Body Fusion...what a work out! Phew! I was sweatin'and my legs were tremblin'! lol But then I did all of the stretches on CTX disc # 1. Ended up being about 20 minutes worth of stretching...It was great!:)

Anyone else join in on this rotation, or any form of a ctx rotation yet?

I'm also doing a CTX rotation for Febuary. So far, so good. I'm doing a 4 day on, 1 day rest and 2 body parts/day. I do one of the cardios each day, but just do Leaner Legs (no added cardio...my legs are fried!). I started last Monday. Here's my rotation:

Mon: cardio, c/s
Tues: leaner legs
Wed: cardio, b/bi
Thurs: cardio, c/tri
Fri: rest
Sat.: cardio, b/s
Sun: cardio, bi/tri
Mon:legs
Tues: cardio c/b
Wed: rest
Thurs: cardio, bi/tri
Fri: legs
Sat.: cardio, c/s
Sun: cardio, b/bi (will do power circuits to keep legs in the mix)
Mon: rest
Tues: cardio, s/tri
Wed: cardio b/bi
Thurs: Legs
Fri: cardio, c/s
Sat: rest
Sun: cardio, bi/tri
Mon: Legs
Tues: cardio, c/s
Wed: cardio, b/bi
Thurs: rest
Fri: cardio, c/tri
Sat: legs
Sun: cardio, b/bi
Mon: cardio, c/s

I end up with 8 days of chest and biceps, 7 days of back and shoulders, and 6 days of triceps and legs. I did it this way since my triceps are worked in chest and shoulder a lot and because of the power circuit cardio that I do when my legs feel rested.

So today is cardio and bi's and tri's! Have a good workout, too.

I actually quit the 2 body part per day deal. I wanted to do it that way but I was having no luck getting that 2nd body part in for some reason so I nixxed it.

I also had to nix the kickbox cardio b/c I realized it was the culprit of an injury I had so in order to keep from re-injuring myself, I am giving myself a kickbox break for a while-even though kickbox is favorite ctx cardio ;(.

I have put another session of LL + cardio in kickbox's place... Two "mean" legs sessions per week! WOO HOO! It can hurt like heck but I LOVE workin' my legs! I gets so much satisfaction from it! :)

I did Step and Intervals yesterday-that was fun-only my 2nd time doing that one and I am proud of how little I messed it up!:) Today is Power Circuit.
