Hi! There are alot of ways to incorporate this tape series into your workout routine besides doing the series as is. Since the cardio sections are short I've done the cardio sections in addition to a tape from either the PS or S&H series in one day. As far as using only CTX, most say you can do the entire series as is and see great results. I, however, felt that I needed to work each body part twice per week, maybe it was a psychological thing, who knows. Anyway, I used CTX in this way....
CTX Kickbox (entire tape)+ CTX 10/10/10 Triceps only
CTX LLA (entire tape)
CTX Step&Int (entire tape) + CTX All Step Shoulders and Abs only
Rest Day
CTX 10/10/10 (entire tape) + CTX Kickbox Biceps and Abs only
CTX Power Circuit (entire tape)
CTX All Step (entire tape) + CTX Step&Interval Chest only
Rest Day
This rotation is easier using the DVD's as far as rewinds/fastforwards go, but I still have only the VHS and I just cue up the tape for that day the night before so it's ready to go. I saw some good definition with this tape series. Maybe my body responds better to the higher reps, who knows, but I'll take it!
