I am sooo bad lately with checking this thread! Sorry I'm so slow!
Well I have been doing a new rotation and eating plan for almost 2 weeks now. So far I have lost about 3 pounds and my body fat has dropped 1%! Tomorrow is my official weekly check-in day though so I will know if I can add any losses to those #s!

So what about hurrican Katrina? Pretty awful huh? I don't even want to see the aftermath! :-(
I need to go make myself my 2nd cup of coffee now! I heard yesterday on the news that coffee is one of the best sources of antioxidents!!! That's awesome as coffee is my last vice and I can actually say it's healthy for me! In part, atleast! Yippee! lol :+
Don't worry about it -- I get so busy, that I forget to check sometimes, too. Wow, coffee, huh? I know I love it, but it makes me jittery, so I gave it up years ago. It's mostly water drinking for me nowadays. But, oh,how I used to love coffee. Especially the smell.
Well done on losing those pounds -- makes ya feel good, huh? I'm still struggling with 2-3 pounds that just don't seem to want to budge -- and I'm trying different diets -- I'm doing the Metabolic typing diet right now -- so far, I like this diet as I'm not hungry between meals.
Anyway, have a great one Wendy -- tomorrow is a cardio and stretch day for me -- one of my favorites -- I just love those stretches.
Looks like I've lost another pound. YIPPEE! Like my new ticker? Keeps me reminded of my plight so that I don't cheat or get lazy!
I should be asleep right now but I laid in bed for an hour awake. I finally gave up, got out of bed and made myself a cup of decaf tea and here I sit waiting to get tired. x(
So what are your thoughts on the relief effort for Katrina survivors/victims? I personally think it stinks! I think they are doing a lousy job in SOME areas anyway. x(
