ctx results

I just posted this on the rotation post, but I wanted to post it here.
Just curious about how the results were using the ctx series and how long did it take to see and feel the difference.
I am about to use the series for a rotation for the first time. I guess I should use just one a day and that is the rotation. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.

I have the CTX series, too, and use them a lot for the cardio when I'm strapped for time, but I can't wait to read how some of the others have done with it as a rotation in it's entirety. Thanks, great post!

I'm going to have to check out Jillybean's rotation, but I've always used one of the CTX tapes each day of the week, with one day off and have gotten great results. I've done at least 4 rotations of about 3-4 weeks each time and have seen quicker results than with any other series of tapes I own. I use these as my magic bullet when I need to fit into a dress or have a special event. ;)

I'm actually just starting back on a CTX rotation this week (just did Power Circuit yesterday and my legs are aflame) :eek: until the BB tapes arrive, and am already feeling much better, i.e. endurance and strength wise. The IS series and CTX are probably my favorites, although it's hard to choose when you love them all!

I wondered how you are doing with the CTX series. I purchased that series on DVD and started using it the 1st of October. I had used the Firm regularly prior to that with a few Cathe workouts from time to time. I have been following Jillybeans rotation. I haven't seen any results yet but I have enjoyed the workouts. I thought about adding some more weight work on the weekends. It seems like I am working out with weights less than I was prior to this rotation. I preordered the Body Blast Series so I thought I would continue with this rotation until I receive that.

Hi Jojo,
I just started using the ctx this week, so as of now I haven't seen results. I am just going to continue doing one a day, but add an extra upper body part each day.
I'll let you know as I get further along. Also, being that this is thie first time I'm doing it, I'm still learning the moves.
I really love the series. I think I am the only one not in a rush to get the Body Blast series because I want to do a few more weeks of CTX rotation.
