CTX question

I wanted to do the CTX rotation doing one workout a day. Is it enough to do a body part only once a week? Do you think I would still see good muscle development? Last question, anyone here do the CTX rotation by itself and how were the results?
I was going to do this rotation for 3 weeks until the end of march.
Any input would really be appreciated.

Lizzy, I think I asked the same kind of question today. I have 3 of the CTX VIDEOS IN VHS, but I am going to get rid of them and buy the dvd, I have heard nothing but good things on this dvd. I have had so many people tell me the great results they have gotten.If you get the dvd, you can do so much more.

There is or was a CTX rotation on Cathe's Rotation forum that worked two upper body parts a day instead of just one. It added one other upper body part from the MIS workout. For instance, if you do CTX Kickbox follow that workout with MIS Shoulders. That way you are working your biceps and shoulders that day. Just make sure you don't work two of the same body part two days in a row.

I have the dvd and I usually do two body parts per day so that each is worked twice per week. I have seen great strength gains this way. CTX has been and continues to be a mainstay in my rotation schedule. It is just SO versatile and the cardio portions remain fresh & fun!
 
Hi Lizzy! When CTX was first released I did a rotation using one tape per day. I saw significant body fat loss but not much in the muscle definition. You can work these tapes so many different ways. Give it a whirl & see what results you'll get. Have fun! I'm on this rotation right now! Kathy:D
