CTX Question

I was wondering - can the step portions of the CTX series be modified to the floor? I am bored with my cardio tapes and am looking for some quick cardio tapes to use - I need to increase cardio - I love Cathe strength - her step is a little tough on my week knees and flat feet - would you suggest I get them or skip it?

Yes CTX is worth getting. Out of the 6 videos, Leaner Legs is all lower body weight work, no cardio at all, even the warm up is a stationary warm up with squats. The kickbox format uses no step at all, the 10-10-10 format uses the step for just the last 10 min segment, and it's pretty mild compared to the average Cathe step routine, the first two 10 min segments are hi-lo and kickbox on the floor. The Powercircuit format uses a step, but the step segments are only like 1-2 min, then you move to a weight circuit, and there are 6 circuits like that for the 30 min of cardio. So the only real consistent stepping is in the All-Step format and Step & Intervals format, and I'm sure you can find ways to modify, maybe even just use a 4" step.
The workouts are only 30 min but really intense and fun. The series is absolutely awesome! :)

Thanks! I am currently working with Circuit Max and modify the step work - I plan to get CTX eventually - I have become addicted to Cathe.
