CTX Power Circuit Question

Has anyone ever used a timer w/ this tape? I know Cathe's catalogue says the cario & strength circuits are 28 minutes, but they seem soooooo much longer!

I'm really proud of myself, because just when I thought I couldn't go on any longer I stayed with it.
Now my legs are shaking and I can barely stand! :-tired
 
I think that is what the timer on my DVD said when I finished it yesterday. It does seem long, but it is a good one!!
 
Actually, I think that the cardio-circuit segment (after the warm-up and hi/lo segment) is only 20 minutes. When I was doing it off of a video tape, I only had to rewind 20 minutes to get back to the start of the circuit segment.

The better a Cathe segment is, the longer it feels when you're doing it! :) Interval #2 in Interval Max 1 lasts about a year IMHO.

The timer on my DVD starts the warmup chapter somewhere between 1 and 2 minutes (after Cathe's monologue) and the power circuits end just after 35 minutes. I figure the cardio + circuits to be about 34 minutes... but then I guess I always include the warmup in my calculations. ;-)
