CTX or Intensity Series.

I currently have all the PS series, Cardio Kicks, MIS and MIC. I am also going to get Ab hits (thanks to Beth and Keelib). I am ready to tackle another series and I am between CTX and Intensity. I don't know if this matters in the decision, but I am not new to working out as some of you already know by my first email here at the forum, but I am new to Cathe (3 months). Is either series tougher than the other or just different? Because I already have come to trust greatly everyone's opinion here I am going to go with the majority vote.

Thanks!

CTX has LL which is tougher (IMHO) than PLB. The upperbody work is fine if you do one part per day like the series is laid out, but if you do them all back to back, it is intense! PUB is the hardest upperbody tape I've ever done. The cardio in CTX is intense, but short. The longest is 28 min, the shortest is 21. The intensity series features Cardio and Weights, which isn't super intense, but it is challenging and 43 min. long. Imax II is tough and will leave you feeling very worked out. There are 8 cardio bursts in Boot Camp that each last one minute, but the other 3 workouts of the series (ME, PUB, and PLB) are all weight work. So if you're looking for cardio, I would suggest CTX. If you're looking for weight work, I'd suggest the I-Series. If you're looking for my honest opinion - GET BOTH!!!
