CTX Low Impact

CTX to this day remains one of my favorite series. However, as I get older, the impact in most the of cardio workouts is a bit too high for me.

I would LOVE a series just like CTX, but with low impact cardio...five 30 minute low impact cardio workouts (preferably that don't use discs) followed by 10 or 15 minutes of one upper body part plus a 30 to 45 minute lower body workout. Throw in some abs and this series would be awesome!

YES PLEASE! I'd buy it! (I'm not a big fan of the discs either - make my knees feel weird)
 
Count me in on ANY low impact workout. I'd like to request a premix with all upper body if you do this suggestion.

The cardio for this premix might be some shadow boxing w/gloves, with a heavy bag finish like the XTrain tabata segment---all punching. Hint, hint.
