CTX Leg Weight Training

Hi Cathe,
I want to thank your for your CTX series, it is my first purchase from you, and I love it. I feel like I have my own personal trainer.

I am fairly new to weight training. I realize I shouldn't work the same body part two days in a row, so I am wondering why the leaner legs workout follows Power Circuit. Power Circuit has a few leg/weight moves. I am sorry if I should know this already.

Hi, Melissa! I'm not Cathe, but I'd like to suggest that you reschedule your CTX rotation so that Power Circuit and Leaner Legs fall on non-consecutive days. There's absolutely no reason why you cannot do that.

Thanks for the quick response. I think I will do what you suggested. I don't feel very sore even with the workouts as they are. Maybe I should up the weights. Melissa
 
Actually Cathe herself said not to put Power Circuit and Leaner Legs together in some message or other some time back. There is no reason to do them in the order they appear in the box. Do them in whatever order you like.
