wow! have not done this one for a while...the "jumprope" section is not for the faint of heart! it makes me very impatient for the new kick punch and cunch dvd being made!!

Kickbox is my favorite CTX. It makes me feel so strong to be able to do those power scissors.

I pre-ordered the whole BB set on DVD, but only the Kick Punch and Crunch on VHS, so I'll have something while I wait for the DVDs!
