Ok, ladies, clearly I am having a total love affair with the CTX series lately.
Today I did Kickbox, which for some reason I had not even noticed before... sheesh!
Anyway, I really liked this workout a lot. It was very much a drills-oriented workout and I felt like I had a lot of opportunity to practice my kickboxing form, which is something that I don't always feel like I get to do. My arms were absolutely fried by the end of the workout; not just from the drills, but also by the bicep weight work and PLANKS. I tell ya, there is nothing like holding a one-minute plank when you are shaking like jelly, lol.
So I haven't seem much discussion of this workout here, and I'm curious what you all think of it...
