Ok, WHY did I think this would be an "easy" workout? Haven't I learned by now that NO Cathe workout is easy unless you're laying on the couch previewing it?

I foolishly though I would so Step & Intervals & MIS upper body today. WRONG.

I'm I the only one who is afraid her arm will snap in half during those backfist drills in CTX Kickbox????
 
Yesterday: Cardio Kicks and CTX back and biceps. It is hard to reach for a pencil or a glass of water today. Any time I say "Oh I'll do this Cathe workout - it will be easy..." I am fooled!
 
WHAT??? You could actually do BICEP work after CTX Kickbox?

I think it's cruel that biceps are the muscle group worked after the kickboxing. How anyone gets through it is beyond me. We won't even get into the planks and ab work.

I did baby planks on my knees until I collapsed and a VERY short ab workout (stopped after the obliques) and my abs hurt.

A little Cathe goes a looooooong way.
