CTX for weightloss

Hi!

I need some help from all the Cathe pros, please. I currently have the power hour dvd and the pyramid upper and lower dvd. I have about 50 pounds to lose. I was wondering if the CTX series would be good for the weight lost and to tone up or should I continue with the ones I have and maybe add ME to it. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks!

Just my opinion, but I think the CTX series is excellent for losing weight. The cardio in there is short but intense!! I lost 10 lbs from it. Since Power Hour and the Pyramid workouts don't include cardio, I think it is a great idea to get the CTX series!

I agree with Dani. Also, if at all possible, get the CTX DVD. You can do many mix and match things with the dvd that are possible but difficult with the tapes. Also the DVD includes an option for upper body split, where all the upper body weight work is put together in one workout. In order to get this on VHS, I believe you have to buy an additional tape. If you don't have a DVD player, this is the PERFECT reason to get one!

BTW I really enjoy CTX - every part of it.

Hi -

Danielle - how long did you do the rotation? I find myself going from one thing to the other, sticking with nothing specific!!

I have done S & H 2x, but not right in a row., and yesterday, I did CTX Step & Intervals, and am going thru the series now, but should I stick strictly with CTX for a while? how long?

I guess there is enough weight work to tone/build muscle? I am too flighty I guess!! :) I just don't know what I should do.

I read that on the S & H, you should only do it for 3 weeks, again, is that 2x a week for 3 weeks? or 1x week for 3 weeks?

For now, I'm focused on CTX.. I want to lose 20-25# more. My goal was May, but it's coming off slow and I dont think that's going to happen.
