Joy & Sabine-
sorry I didn't post yesterday... things are busy around here and I found myself with just enough time to switch my workout around. I ended up doing Upper Body Pyramid because I did NOT get up early enough to workout and had already showered in the a.m. and didn't have time to shower again in the late afternoon.
Today I'm going to do Boot Camp (entire workout) and maybe a little extra cardio in case I don't have a huge chunk of time in the morning tomorrow.
I was wrong about MIS and the lower body- obviously it did something because I really felt it in my backside yesterday!
What's on for today for you Sabine? Joy, I'll be thinking about you today and sending positive thoughts your way.

PS - had a cocktail party to go to last night so needless to say, my husband and I both overslept... no 5 a.m. I am planning to mentally prepare myself one of these days!
