CTX Cardio on DVD

Has anyone that has the CTX DVD ever done all cardio with more than one of the workouts? IF so, how do they feel? I love the workouts but am doing more cardio lately and wondered what you guys who have it think? (I have the VHS but am leaning towards DVD - I'm sure there are Premixes that kick butt!). Suggestions anyone?

There was a post about this a while back. I sometimes will do two CTX cardios back to back. It is a great workout and I find that the CTX cardios have conditioned my heart and the Imax workouts have gotten easier to get through. NOT easy by any means, but easier than they were!

Aquajock posted these suggesstions a while back for CTX cardio combinations:
10-10-10 plus the interval segment from Step & Intervals
Kickbox plus the step-kickbox segment from Power Circuit
All Step plus the step segment from 10-10-10, plus/or the interval segment from Step & Intervals

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there are any premixes in the CTX DVD. Regardless, it's worth getting because the combinations are endless and it's so easy to chapter. Definitely worth the money!
 
I put two cardios together everytime I do the CTX workout outs, these days. I like and do AJ's suggestions. And I also like pairing Kickbox with 10 10 10. And, All Step with Step and Intervals. I do one of the warm ups, two cardios and one of the cool downs. This gives me about an hour of workout. The feel is like an Imax to me. :D
I have the CTX Upper Body tape so I usually do it all in one sitting.

The workouts are wonderful as is, but when I got the DVD's I just wanted to play with it in ways that was difficult(without constant rewinding) to do with the videos.

I'm glad Cathe is going to put a CTX feel on one of the new DVD's. :D
 
I agree. Just play around with the different cardios and see what combos suit you and in what order.

My personal faves are All Step + Step and Intervals; All Step + Power Circuit; 10 10 10 + KIckbox

See what works for you!

I also do one warm up, 2 cardios and one cool down. I have all these on VHS and CTX Upper on a separate tape too and always do it all the way through , say after just one CTX cardio on a specific day. This is a fabulous upper body tape, I love it.
