Hi! I just ordered my first Cathe tapes ever- the CTX DVDs. I love them. They are fun and challenging. I never look at the clock when I do them! Thank you so much for these workouts! But I have a question, the tape series starts with Step Intervals, and the DVDs start with Power Circuit. Can the workouts be done in any order? Also, I am used to doing workouts that contain some type of leg work 6/wk. Are my leg muscles going to keep their strength doing LL once a week? Thank you!
