CTX 2!!!!

I held out on CTX because I really thought I wouldn't like it...wow was I wrong! It has to be the single best fitness purchase I've made, EVER. I love the short formats, the upper body split, the athletic yet fun choreography, the variety of cardio options, the music, just everything about it is great. I especially love that it's on 2 DVDs and I can easily combine bits and pieces to make a custom workout. I would LOVE something along the lines of CTX again.

I also would some day like to see a CTX 2. It's one of my favorite series. I was hoping that Timesaver would make a good alternative, but it didn't work out that way for me. Whenever I need a shorter workout, or a blend of workouts, I always reach for CTX.

Oh I would so love a CTX 2!!! I have one suggestion though. To make it a little different, how about with this one you could do the weight training first and then the cardio? This would also be good for those who may want to build the upper body a little bit. OR have an option in there as a premix to do weights first or cardio first. What do you guys think?

Yep..I would like to see another CTX too!! I really love doing one body part per day with short cardios. I never feel overtrained and I always seem to look my thinnest when I do this type of rotation.

Aila:)

I'd like to see this, with two variations:
1) weight training done first (as others have suggested), and
2) more variety of cardio in both style and impact particularly.

RE: CTX 2!!!! (premix suggestion)

Maybe we could have an alternative version that fits in a way to work each body part 2 times per week rather than only once a week.

RE: CTX 2!!!! (premix suggestion)

Another vote for CTX 2, and perhaps the weights work could be done as drop sets for maximum strength and muscle mass gains?

CTX 2 would be soooooooooooo great. I would love to see longer versions then CTX1 for those of us that have like 1.5 hours a day. I think the most awesome would be something like:

1. Warm up
2. 2 body parts weights (making it so we hit each body part twice in a week, maybe one endurance, one heavy weights)
3. Cardio (45 min intense) one day being step, one hi/lo, one kickbox etc.
4. Abs
5. cool Down

i.e.
video 1 warm up, Back and bi's(light), 45 min hi/lo, abs, cool down
video 2 wam up, chest, shoulders, tris(light), 45 min step, cool down
video 3 warm up, legs(light), 45 min kickbox, abs, cool down
video 4 warm up back and bi's(heavy), 45 min. hi/lo, abs, cool down
video 5 warm up, chest, shoulders, tris(heavy), 45 min step, cool
video 6 warm up, legs(heavy), 45 min. kick box, abs, cool dwon

This would be awesome....i think i might actually try and make one myself. THANKS for the awesome workouts. You have helped to get me in the best shape of my life.

YES>>CTX 2 would be great! But, I would like to see a 20-20-20 in there too. Just pure candy for us fitness fanatics!

I would like a CTX2 too. What I really love about CTX is the way you can get a variety of cardio and can get a complete body workout if you rotate thru all the videos during the week. I vote against workouts longer than an hour however, becasue that is the beauty of CTX...you can get a complete workout in about an hour. Time saver is out there but quite frankly I don' feel worked out with these workouts. Maybe something a little bit different can be done with the weight workouts in CTX2 as others have already suggested. Maybe working out lower body in each workout and having a separate upper body tape.

I vote for CTX2 also. How about 3 different cardios on one DVD with weight workouts on the second. One 30-minute, one 45-minute and one 60/90 minute cardio session. That would be great! Talk about getting everything in one purchase.

I'd love a CTX2 also!!! I have to agree that with Timesaver(while I do enjoy these workouts), I don't feel nearly as worked out as I do with CTX. I've found combining the two works me out wonderfully and is a nice change of pace.
If a CTX2 were to be done again, I'd like to see alot of plyo and power like the first CTX coupled with heavier weight work. Also, please keep up with the plank work, I love that:7 !!!!!

Thanks for letting us voice our opinion!!!
