Most of you all know I like to do alot of crunches and I do situps and alot of plank work too. I noticed I am getting two thick lines running into a V. You can see the thick line on one side in the pictures.
I just wanted to show off my progress. I did 500 crunches yesterday + 50 sit ups and several different plank work. The picture is in my picturetrail, November progress.
