I was on another message board and found a post where they were challenging each other to do 100 crunches a day. Someone chimmed in and said that if you can do 100 crunches you are doing them incorrectly. Several people responded and said that they were not doing them consecutively, but throughout the day. I dropped to the floor & kicked out 150 crunches. Am I doing them wrong? Just curious why someone would say that.
