Yesterday I completed the #25 Strong Upper Body with Core workout. It was an excellent upper body workout that included a core section at the end. Most of the core exercises included a 10 pound dumbbell. If that was not challenging enough when my arms already felt like noodles, Cathe ended the core section with soldier planks and tricep push ups! Cruel, Cathe ;-)
