Are these insanely difficult, or am I just a weakling? I've done the High Step Training w/o twice and everytime I am absolutely wiped out by the time the crossover push ups come around. Cathe and crew are just doing these like they are nothing! Does anyone else have trouble doing these? I feel like I have the lowest upper body strength in the world! How should I work up to doing them? Right now, I can do, um, let's see, none!!!!! I couldn't even do 1 last night! I just did them on bent knees, but I'm envious of those of you who can do them!
