Crossfire review...anyone?

I did Cross Fire yesterday evening and it was a really good workout. I didn't even use bands and I was dripping in sweat. The first part of the workout starts out at medium intensity. You will run from side to side and do some squat digs but as you keep going the intensity really builds and I really like this. I like the fact that she took her usual moves like lateral skates and added 3 pound hand weights to them this made the moves more difficult and fun. I only did the first 40 mins (which is most of the workout) because I also did 20 mins of legs and glutes. I must say that you will enjoy this workout.;)
 
Yes Renee you can make it low impact. For example, when she is doing the squat digs she is jumping off the ground however, I did the low impact version like in her Afterburn video and kept my feet on the ground. When she did the lateral skates she was leaping from side to side and I did this for the first round and then by the second round I didn't leap just sort of stepped side to side.
