I did the entire Xpress series last week and had a blast. For some reason I had moved it to the back of my workouts and hadn't touched it in over 18 months.
For people who have it on DVD how is it chaptered? I'd like to be able to do a warm up and then two of the cardio sections back to back. Do the chapters allow that?
