Cross train Xpress

I've decided to buy the cross train Xpress DVD, but I have some questions? I would like to work each body part twice per week while using this series, meaning I would work two body parts per day instead of one. But, I'm not sure which parts to work on which days. Has anyone tried this, and if so could you tell me how you arranged your week? Thanks :)
 
Hi Colette,
I did the CTX rotation and did the body part 2x per week. Here is my rotation:
Mon. Power Circuit(cardio) Back/Chest/Abs
Tues. Kickbox (cardio) Biceps/Triceps
Wed. Leaner legs & Abs/ Shoulders
Thurs. Step Intervals (cardio) Chest/back/abs
Fri. 10-10-10 (cardio) Triceps/Biceps
Sat. Leaner Legs & Abs/Shoulders
Sun. Rest or Stretch

Another option

You could also do an upper/lower body split twice a week. The DVDs already have the upper body sections grouped together in a bonus section for you, so it's a piece of cake ( to put together, not necessarily to complete! :) ). You could probably squeeze in a short cardio on the upper body days and have 1 or 2 days left in the week dedicated just to cardio.

I love all the options we have with the DVD format!! :)
