I'm looking to buy CTX. I like the idea that the workouts are all under an hour (which is about what I can realistically fit into my day) and the variety included is amazing.
I'm particularly interested in the kickboxing portion of CTX. Do I need a lot of space for these workouts like in Cardio Kicks (which didn't work for me)?
Any other info, comments or advice anyone can share would be greatly appreciated.
