Hi Cathe,

I am new to the forum and just received a few of your dvd's several weeks ago. My question is regarding one of your "crew" members in your dvd- I believe her name is "J" or Jane. Since our body types are similar, I was wondering what additional exercises (ex. running, smith machines, etc.) does she incorporate into her fitness schedule- including diet?
Also, I enjoy your enthusiasm and your laughs during the workouts-you can clearly see you enjoy what you do! Thank you for your response.

Hi Wendi! Here is a bio of Jai from the past that you should enjoy. We don't have current bio's but after glancing through this I don't think too much has changed for Jai...she still looks amazing ;-)

As far as diet, I refrain from going into diet details and rather encourage you to seek the assistance of a local registered dietician who will give you a specific nutritional program for your individual needs.
