Creating a workout in Workout Manager

Chris or Cathe (or anyone that knows what I'm doing wrong),

I tried to create Cathe's Cardio Quick Fix in the Workout Manager so I could add it to my calendar, and it looks like it was created, however it is not an option to add to my calendar. If it's possible to add the workout I created to my calendar, could you let me know how? If it's just a bug in the system, then I just wanted to let you know about it, no rush to fix it, I'll just put it in the notes with whatever other workout I'm doing that day.
 
Yes you can add a workout your created to your calendar:

Step #1 - Click on the date in the calendar you want to add your workout to.
Step #2 - Click the "Add Workout" button
Step #3 - Select "Weight" workout in the first drop down box.
Step #4 - Select "Your saved workout you created" in the next drop down box.

Your workout that you created will not appear for to make changes, record results or print a workout card.
 
Ah... it's in the "weight" section that makes sense. Isn't it like 11PM in NJ... you should go to bed :)

Just click on the date of the workout and then go to the side bar on the right side and click on the small gray arrow to expand details. Then click on the delete button.
