Today was total body. This starts my 5th week on this rotation. I'm glad, that means I have 4 more weeks of it. I love this rotation.

2 sets/18 reps and 2 minutes rest between each set.

Leg Extensions - 40#
***This was REALLY light, but still worried about my knees. I know this exercise is frowned upon due to knee stress. Did it really slow and got a good burn by rep 15 - 18.
Hammer Curls - 15's
Hamstring Curls - 40#
Lateral Raise - 10's
Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 22's
Double-Arm Rows - 22's

Then I did Yoga Stretch from Karen Voight's Yoga Flow DVD. Felt great!
 
Hi ladies. I'm so sorry I've been MIA. I've been getting in my workouts, lots of running going on. I have 3 more weeks until the half marathon then hopefully I can get back to a more normal workout routine.

Ah Monday, I'm not in the mood for you! I totally could've slept all day today...which is why my workout will happen tonight vs. this AM. I got a new yoga-based Core Fusion workout to try tonight which I'm excited for. Core Fusion Yoga Energy flow promises to mix in yoga moves with cardio so we'll see how it goes! Hopefully it'll help me to gain SOME flexibility, sheesh ;-)

Belinda - LOVE trisets in STS, that's probably my favorite section of all. Nice work!

Debbie - loving that rotation huh? Nice work - and nice that you included some stretching, good work ;-)

Heather - three weeks!! Wooo! You're going to knock that half's socks off!!

Debbie-I have a question that maybe you could answer if not maybe one of you girls can I am going to do the All Star Trainer workouts I have 3 dvds one is Interval Cardio, Strength Workouts and an Ab one I was going to do 1 of each every day and wondered since the wts. are light in the strength workouts 5lbs max would it be all right to do those everyday? There are 5 different workouts on each dvd the cardio ones are 30 min long the strength 20 and the abs are 10.

Ok, I'm bushed and I really don't think I'll be back for personals. I'm really enjoying Kettlebell workout. I kind of was thinking about doing another round of Insanity, but its tough fitting in strength workouts, abs, and stretch to each day. I'm open for suggestions if anyone has any. I basically need to lose about 30#'s or so, ugh so I'm trying to torch those pounds off.: Anyways, that's it for me today. Have a great evening ladies and I'll seeya at tomorrow's checkin.

Had an awesome day today! DH came home wih the most beautiful red roses...what a sweety! We went out to dinner, eat way to much. We had Greek food, yummy!
