I just finished my late start Insane and tough workout for today. Not sure what I was thinking?
here's today's workout:
Insanity- Fit Test= 30 Min

Paul Katami- Kettlebell Kombo's Clinic= 34 Min & Core Abs= 16 Min= 50 Min total
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 444
GS- Chest & Tri's Timesaver premix= 32 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 262
Turbo Fire- Stretch 10= 13 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 35
Total Calories burned= 1,192
Ok, I'm bushed and I really don't think I'll be back for personals. I'm really enjoying Kettlebell workout. I kind of was thinking about doing another round of Insanity, but its tough fitting in strength workouts, abs, and stretch to each day. I'm open for suggestions if anyone has any. I basically need to lose about 30#'s or so, ugh so I'm trying to torch those pounds off.: Anyways, that's it for me today. Have a great evening ladies and I'll seeya at tomorrow's checkin.
