Belinda- Cardio Axe is fun, isn't it? I liked it and Leandro's accent didn't bother me at all. I remember reading some people didn't care for his accent. I also read in the reviews that some people didn't care for Cardio Axe, but I thought it was fun. It was not hard core cardio like TTM or CF but it is fun and its nice to have other options for different moods in ones fitness library. Enjoy, BBL and have fun with it.

Its a struggle for me to change my mind set to switch to shorter workouts. I did a year ago do 2 hour to 2 and a half hour workouts six days a week. I forced myself to shorten it to an less than 2 hours a day. My aim is to keep workouts under 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes total and shorten it to five days a week, with an occasional Saturday workout only a short HiiT and nothing more. Man, it is tough wrapping my mind around that but I think it will do me good and probably help with fatigue and even help with timewise as well. Great workout today Belinda and have a blast with BBL it is fun and it works!

Of course I could never ever stop doing Cathe, KCM, Turbo Fire, Les Mills pump. It can be fun to sprinkle them in with whatever strikes your fancy at the time workout wise. Variety is key I think to keeping workouts fun and fresh. Take care

Chris- Bravo on today's workout with Turbo Barre Lower Body Express Premix and some of Bob's Cardio Rev w/ Kettlebell. I have wondered what people thought of his Kettlebell workouts. Yes, I am so loving KCM's workouts especially the two new ones. Oh and that bonus is no joke and I love the standing ab work she does on both of the new workouts. PB is to me definitely a metabolic workout and a challenge that will continue to burn calories long after the workout is over. I all the premixes and the lengths of them so its easy to do them as a premix or individual workout or just as an add on to something else your doing. I love that versatility and how that is a plus. Anymore I'm so spoiled with Cathe and KCM's always having great premixes with their workouts its like getting additional workouts free. I'm now a snob about workouts that only have one workout on the dvd or offer no premixes. Yep, Cathe and KCM has spoiled me. I have to really love a workout for me to buy it if it doesn't have either of those features. Great workout today and ditto on loving KCM's new workouts too!

Roxie- Great workout you did today on eliptical at the gym and then doing KCM's Split Sessions Upper Body Split. Yes KCM is really great and packs a lot of workout in a small amount of time. I love how time efficient her workouts are and that each dvd has to workouts on it and premixes. That is a winner in my book and her workouts are a challenge. If the weight work doesn't seem to make you work just go up a little in the weights as needed and that challenge is front and center. Great workout today Roxie and I hope that your precious little guy feels better ASAP~

How's your daughter doing? I hope she's getting her strength back and rests when the little guy is napping. Hugs and well wishes for your grand son.
