Hi Girls!
SO tired this morning. Not really getting used to the 5:30am wake up calls. At all.
Somehow I eeked out TF HiiT 25. Spit/puke status! I guess I should be happy about that, LOL, but... it just felt so hard today since I was tired. I added on 4DS Legs. Pissed because my adjustable weights got messed up, but otherwise, another tough workout for me, since my legs are sore from my run yesterday. not horrible, but I do have the dreaded shin splints. I just have to get through them, and start running more, and they won't come back.
