Morning,

I just finished M3 W3 D39! I went up on all excerices, I can't believe I lifted 100lb today:eek: I am not gonna lie, I am pretty amazed with myself today:eek:Those are Debbie's weigthts, big girl stuff, lol! I also did GS legs stretch!

Warmup: 4 sets / 6 reps
Squats - 65#/10 reps
Squats - 65#/10 reps

Workout:
Squats - 95#,95#, 100#, 100#:p
Elevated Barbell Deadlifts - 65#
Front Squats - 65#
Static Lunge - 95#, 95#, 100#, 100#

If I can still walk tonight, I will do some yoga?

Good Morning,

Its cloudy out here and it has put me in a funk I am questioning everything about my life right now. There is no wt. work in this weeks TF schedule and today is suppose to be a rest day but I am going to do KCMs 30mins to Muscle Definition.

Belinda-way to go girl some day I hope to join the big girl club.
 
Today was a rest day. I had a bad heachache last night and the after effects this morning. Just felt like I was in a fog. Since this is my recovery week I decided to just rest. I'll do cardio tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. Hopefully....

Ok ladies, I'm back and trying to get those personals in again. I feel so bad I've been so outta the loop!

I did manage to do a Kick workout at home which was JUST what I needed after a frustrating day at work. It felt good to sweat it out, envisioning certain people as I punched, kicked and jabbed my way through the hour long workout. :)

Today I got up wayyy early for the back-to-back Group Power followed by Group Ride. I'm pooped and the work day is just starting, how sad! LOL. Good thing I have a Starbucks trenta with me today - I went BIG today, no venti for me, ha!!

Belinda - holy high weights girlfriend! Those are some killer numbers you pulled out today! GO YOU!! I could only dream of squatting 100 lbs!!!

Debbie - hope you feel better, take care of yourself on this rest day.

Roxie - hang in there, I HATE when I get into a funk like that. Sometimes you just have to feel it out before you can move on, as much as that sucks.

Good morning everyone! I am inpatiently waiting for my sweet potato to heat up. I am STARVING...:eek:

Made a big mistake in wearing heels today. My legs are still so sore. They felt better after I did cardio last night but they are right back to cringe-status today. And of course I've been dropping everything for the past two days. As if walking isn't bad enough...:p Tonight is D15: Back & Bi's. Really looking forward to it. Back & Bi's are my fave body parts to work.

Hi ladies. Today I plan on heading to the gym right after work for biceps then spin class with DH.

Sorry I've not been posting much. Kind of in a funk and don't want to seem like a Debbie Downer. Sounds like a few of us are feeling a bit down though. Time of year????

Melissa - I totally forgot to call you out in my earlier post, I'm such a tool!! Don't you hate when your calves hurt for days on end?? It totally puts a crimp in my style ;)

Hi Girls!

SO tired this morning. Not really getting used to the 5:30am wake up calls. At all.

Somehow I eeked out TF HiiT 25. Spit/puke status! I guess I should be happy about that, LOL, but... it just felt so hard today since I was tired. I added on 4DS Legs. Pissed because my adjustable weights got messed up, but otherwise, another tough workout for me, since my legs are sore from my run yesterday. not horrible, but I do have the dreaded shin splints. I just have to get through them, and start running more, and they won't come back.

Belinda: :eek: on 100lbs!!! You are one of the big girls now!!!

Debbie: Sorry about the headache. I have poor tolerance for my headaches and I feel for ya. And I know the fog you're talking about too. :( Feel better!

Roxie: I think it is a bit of the time of year. I'm getting to feel a little funky too. Keep working out!!

Heather: Sorry you're in a funk too. I do think it's a hard time of year to adjust to. Hope the spin class helps you feel better for today.

Jessica: Way to go on the double workout today! I feel the same way. Had 2 cups of coffee, and still draggin'.

Hi girls!;)

This is my recovery week from STS Meso 2 before I start Meso 3 next week. It happens to also be a day off from Turbo Fire. I did plan to workout but I had flu like side effects from my MS Avonex injection today so I hurt too much to workout and I got about 3.5 hours sleep so I decided to just rest today.

Sorry, girls no workout to report today. Bravo to all of you that did workout today, you all rock!;):)
