Belinda- Good for you doing MMA Kickboxing, that's always fun. I'm sure your dogs will enjoy the walk too! WTG!!
Debbie- Congrats on having a great leg workout today and enjoying it!!!

Roxie- Oh I'm so thrilled for you I hope you had fun doing HiiT 15 Class and Sculpt 30 Class today. I really enjoy the HiiT classes and the Sculpt 30 I found was not too much to do on my non STS days. Plus the sculpting is easy to take on the road with you because of the tubing, its excuse proof. It may not be as intense as cathe's weight workouts but it will tone the muscles a bit and that helps. I always like learning options to workouts and learning new stuff all the time. I hope you had fun with Turbo Fire today!

Melissa- You are doing a great job with STS and I'm so happy for you with your success. Wow, your tackling Athletic step today, I know that is fun and challenging but nice thing is that it doesn't take a long time it keeps you busy and working hard then its over. I know you got a great workout from that one! WTG!!
Jessica- no worries about your workout schedule varying and not as scheduled as you would like. I know your training for a half marathon and I say do what your body feels likes as you are training and running preparing for that race. Its not suprising that your body would crave more rest given how hard its been working training for that marathon. I wish you all the best with the half marathon, your amazing!


Heather- I know what you mean. I'm so used to working out at home now I think I'd really feel out of sorts having to wait to use equipment or disappointed that the equipment is not up to par. I bet you were so relieved and happy to be home working out with your stuff when you wanted where you wanted. Welcome back!

Chris- Oh wow, your planning a birthday party bash for you 3 boys who all have birthdays in September, yep that will keep ya busy.

Ah, your as bad as me loving to tryout new workouts. I checked out Michelle Dozois Peak 10 Cardio Interval burn. Wow, looks awesome you might have sold me on getting that one, but I'm broke just now. I'll put it on my wish list. No, I have not backed off of TF. Today, according to the TF Class Schedule was only Stretch 40 Class. I can't stand not working out more, so I changed it up a bit. I wanted to try out my brand new Circuit Max I got in Monday's mail wow, is that a killer sweat fest of a workout, I loved it!!! I've been having really bad monthly problems started monday and its been semi scary almost ER worthy. Working out is a bit of a challenge when feeling so weak but I still do it. It sounds like your plenty busy these days with kids, work, and buddy that is. I'm sure buddy enjoyed his bath and loved the walk in the park. He sounds like a great addition to your family, WTG!! I love dogs!! Great workout today BTW, that looks killer!
