Nora - My ankle is just fine, no worries. I know when I should not be running with it. Yesterday I think it was just a bit tender from the fall. LOL on me not falling for my mom's awesome spaghetti. I've been eating it all week, shame on me, but I cannot see throwing it away. She makes the best sauce. She's been canning for weeks and I can't wait to get my hands on some of it. Sorry to hear you dropped a board on your foot. OUCH! I hope it feels better today. I think icing it was a good plan. And you're welcome about the Susan Chung workout. Not sure when it will be finished but it didn't sound like it would be a long wait.

Hi everyone! No workout for me today but I'm happy to report I am almost 100% pain free!! Woo hoo! Last night was the first night I slept without feeling a pinch. Still a bit tight, but no throbbing pain. Looks like Monday I'll be able to workout but now I'm worried about all those damn pushups in STS 1. I may have to skip some of that for now. The last thing I want to do is irritate this upper back again.

DD and I didn't go for a walk this morning it was only 38 degrees and we both like our covers so we are talking about tonite unless it rains. I also need to do GS Legs Timesaver #1 and Med Ball Abs. Dh sent me a text to tell me we have 8 mexicans on our roof so it looks like I will have a new roof when I get home.

Debbie-glad to hear your pain is gone.

Nora-awesome workout. We could walk the mall but I also have a TM so DD sometimes uses it.

Just wanted to check in quick. I'm off to one of my son's school Open Houses.

Not sure if I came by yesterday. I know I read your posts! :)

I did Jillian's new workout: Killer Buns and Thighs. First segment (intermediate). It was challenging, AND , I had pretty decent DOMS from it today. I'm happy I got that one! (It's under $10. 3 , 40 minute workouts).

Today I did Bob's Beginner Workout (newest one) for the second time. It's definitely NOT beginner, but it is easier of his workouts. Lots of plank work, that was the toughest part.

My cold is better. My brother had a crappy day. The only good thing is that he got a private room today at the nursing facility.

Belinda: Hope YOU feel better !!!! It's crazy how you're having the ear problems and starting STS again!

Debbie: So glad you're feeling better too!!! Defnitely modify STS as needed!!

Roxie: GS legs will warm you up!!! I had to double take about the Mexicans on your roof! LOL!

Nora: Kickbutting exercises with CLX yesterday! Are you doing a rotation or ust mixing things up? Thanks for your kind words about my brother. It is very hard, and yes, the hospice people are very very nice. It's a little harder having him in a nursing facility instead of home, because I don't always see the nurses and staff from Hospice. But he's getting better care either way.

Belinda- I hope all went well at the ENT appointment and hope the doctor could offer you some real help and relief. I know how it sucks with ear problems, as a kid I had horrendous problems with ear infections. I think your ears want another STS round because they seem to go together, which is unfortunate, not the STS round but the ear infections part. :p I can relate and just wanted to let you knoe I understand. Please take care and I'm sure you being the workout warrior that you are will get in a workout today and it will be awesome. Please take care ((Hugs!));)

Debbie-I'm glad you caught the humor in my comments about falling for your mom's spaghetti sauce. I'd becareful with STS regarding pushups and your shoulder. I'd just play it safe and maybe do some or just skip the pushups all together. Yes, the icing my foot did help its still tender and majorly black and blue. Thanks again on the Susan Chung's new workout that will be coming out. It looks awesome I'm glad I pre-ordered once you mentioned it. It does seem to suggest it should be fairly soon when it will be out. I can't wait! Please take care and rest up. Congrats on being pain free that's so awesome ^^^5's:cool:

Roxie- Yikes 38 degrees! Yes, that's too darn cold. I hope you have a great workout tonight with GS Legs and Med ball abs. Maybe even a evening walk too, it all sounds great to me. Ooh congrats on getting a new roof!:) We need one and I hope we can make it through one more winter at least before we need to do that. We can't swing a new roof right now. Chris- I hope everything went great at your son's open house today:) Nice, you did Jillian's Killer Buns and Thighs workout today. I've been eyeing that one myself. Nicely done with getting DOMS too! Sounds like a great workout then. I don't have Bob's beginner dvd I did view it after your previous comment about it and I gotta say it looks more advanced than a beginner workout to me. Great job on your workouts with Jillian and Bob. Glad that your cold is better, that's always good. I hate colds they just suck. I'm sort of thinking of doing another rotation of CLX and the addon's I always seem to add to any rotation I do. I guess I'm greedy for the calorie burn thing. I'm crazy that way. I do like Chalene's energy and fun in her workouts LOVE TF and CLX seems to agree with my muscles on my right side and doesn't aggreviate it. I'm all about trying increase strength and working out with out the pain. Pain is so not fun and I don't want it visiting me anymore! I'm going to try doing another rotation of CLX I think but its hard to know that with Cathe's Low Impact series I pre-ordered I'm excited about coming out probably around the end of this month or beginning of the next, just guessing here. Plus KCM is going to film some new workouts three I think in October so I know I'll probably pre-order 2 of the three at least. I'm still jonsing for Aerobox https://www.aerobox.com/2/default.aspx?mid=1228460 I really want that one. I did cave and pre-order P90X2 the basic set. I think I'm a workout junkie, LOL!!! Well, at least its a healthy addiction right?:p I'm glad your brother is getting good hospice care and help. I wish you both all the best and send ((Hugs!)):):cool:

Good Evening,

DD and I went for a 2 mile walk tonite and got caught in the rain with the temps in the 50's tomarrow morning its suppose to be 44 when we walk if its not raining. I will do GS legs tomarrow night DD and her DH stayed for supper.

Nora-good job with your workout I have been thinking about doing another round of CLX and add TF with it plus our walks.

Chris-sucks about the cold but glad your brother got a private room. I am waiting on Jillians 6 week 6 pack from netflix.
