Well after last night's awesome STS workout, I woke up this AM and did STS legs with my trusty patella straps (yes, I now have one for each knee, boo) and followed that with abs from B&G. Great workout, my abs really felt it today too. And luckily, my knees did great even doing the lunges (which I'm still doing with no wts to avoid hurting myself). Hopefully this is a good sign.
Heather - too funny. I was seriously wondering what happened to you! you're always active on the forums! You totally missed out. Just kidding. Have fun on the group run tonight, seriously jealous! Enjoy!

I got a really good sleep last night so I am really stoked to workout tonite. DH is going to be watching a basketball game so I will have time to do TF HiiT 15, GS back, bis and shoulders timesaver and abs.

I just found out some terribly sad news that my friend's husband passed this morning after a year-long battle with pancreatic cancer. My heart is just breaking for her right now.
