CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR NOV 8, 2010

I just finished my workout:D I went up on most excerises!

CHEST:

Incline Barbell Bench Press -
55#/15 reps /2 sets (warm up)

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 90#/6 reps - 4 sets, up 5#
Incline Barbell Bench Press - 55#/25 reps, up 4#

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 90#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#/25 reps, up 4#

Incline Dumbbel Flyes - 33's/6 reps - 3 sets, up 3 #
Incline Dumbbel Flyes - 19's/25 reps, up 1 #

TRICEPS:
Weighted Bench Dips - 75#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Weighted Bench Dips - BW/25 reps

Close Grip Barbell Bench Press - 80#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Close Grip Barbell Bench Press - 48#/25 reps, up 3#


Lying Tricep Barbell Extensions - 50#/6 reps - 1 set, stayed the same!
Lying Tricep Barbell Extensions - 52#/6 reps - 2 sets, up 2 #
Lying Tricep Barbell Extensions - 45#/25 reps, no wonder these burned like hell, I put to much weight on it:confused:

I also did the warm up & stretch from GS! That's it for today. I will eat some lunch, BBL!
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me is HiiT 15 and GS Back, Bis and Shoulder Timesaver. I know I promised Debbie I would get up and workout but I kept waking up every hour on the hour fell into a good sleep at 6 this morning and alarm was set for 7 so I am really tired today.

Belinda-good job with your workout.
 
Hola ladies. Sorry I am a little slow today - for some reason, I'm just in a really crummy mood - mostly work related, but not sure what else is going on, just not feeling it today. I even slept in extra to see if that would help (started feeling "blue-sy) last night) but now I'm just losing steam. I think I miss my AM workout! But at least it gives me something to look forward to tonight. I'm on the last week of M1, believe it or not! I'm loving how I've been feeling with it so far, going up in almost all weights and feeling really good! Yay! :) Now if only my knees wouldn't be bugging me, I'd be happier than ever. But alas, still not able to run which is probably also why I've been bummed out, come to think of it.

Anyway, I'll pop back tonight after my workout to check back in, talk personals, etc. Have a good day ladies!

Today I started Meso 2, Week 2. Did DISC 16, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I really like working triceps the most! These were the "back off" sets: 3 sets heavy (12, 10 and 8) and then "to failure" with a light set.

It was fun!

Nice workout today, Chris - I am almost done with M1, can't wait for M2! I think it's my favorite one of the three. Tho - tonight's workout is definitely my favorite from M1 - D10, chest/bis/shoulders, tons of drop-sets. I was shaky and wobbling and to failure on some of those reps! Intense but man do I love STS!!!

I also did med ball abs - just for you Roxie!

Cathe STS Shock Cardio: HiiT- 40/20= 30 Min
Calories burned= 445
Met Value= 10.0

STS Shock Cardio: MMA: Boxing - Heavy Bag Only=20 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 205

STS Ab Circuits - Weights & Plates Abs= 19 Min
Met value= 5.0
Calories burned= 127 approx.

Total Calories burned from this workout today= 777;)

This is the final week, week #20 of TF with doing only 3 cardio from that in addition to beginning Cathe's November 2010 rotation today. I didn't schedule any TF strength this week because I will be doing cathe's wt. work from week 1 of the November rotation and that will exceed TF strength big time. Ok, I'm pretty tired and it was pitch black where I live at 5pm, ugh that doesn't help. Have a great evening girls, and to those of you that worked out today WTG, you go girls!:):cool:
