Short post I am hosting my family Thanksgiving today so I have to finish cleaning house and then go get some last minute things then start cooking. I am hosting 13 people. I did TJ 20min Cardio Party needed something quick, Ab JAm and then Stretch 10.

Stats:
19 min
17 in the zone
143 min hr
168 max hr
127 cals burned. (wore 2lb wtd. gloves)

Abs:
9 min
6 in the zone
136 min hr
163 max hr
57 cals burned.

Stretch:
12 min
0 in the zone
109 min hr
126 max hr
51 cals burned.
 
Today was Shoulders and Traps and I had a really good workout. Been really feeling like working out lately. Kind of weird because usually when I get to the weekends I just want to veg out.

There were only 2 supersets with this workout so I increased the sets to 4 instead of 3.

WARMUP:
1 minute rest between each set.
Dumbbell Military Press - 10's/15 reps - 2 sets

SHOULDERS/TRAPS
1 minute 30 second rest between each superset.
SS #1
Alternate Dumbbell Military Press - 15's/8 reps - 4 sets
ss w/
Lateral Raise - 12's/12 reps - 4 sets
***These really got me by the 3rd and 4th set. Good burn with the combo of both exercises.

SS #2
Barbell Front Raise - 20#/10 reps - 4 sets
ss w/
Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 15's/10 reps - 4 sets
***This on was a total burner. Really felt it and had trouble getting to 15 reps with the last exercise.

Barbell Shrugs - 90#/15 reps - 4 sets

Then I got on my treadmill and did a light job/fast walk for 20 minutes. Hit 1 mile.

Hitting the stores today. :eek:

I just finished today's workout and finished up this weeks workout schedule now. Tomorrow will be a rest day for me then I'll be back to begin week 4 of Cathe's November 2010 rotation.:)

4DS BC= 62 Min
Calories burned= 598
Met Value= 6.50

STS Cardio: MMA Boxing- Heavy Bag Only= 20 Min
Calories burned= 205
Met Value= 7.50

Total Calories burned in today's workout= 803;)
