Well, last night I didn't end up getting to Kick. By the time I got out of work, I would've been late. Good thing I wasn't teaching it or I'd be in trouble ;-)

It ended up being totally worth it though, I had a horrendous day at work and came home to a lovely glass of wine waiting for me courtesy of my husband. Love. :)

I got up and did Kick at home instead and finished with just the abs part of Core Fusion/Body Sculpt plus a stretch. Great workout :)

Belinda - I'm psyched for the new workouts! I didn't do the download version tho, so I have to be patient and wait. But how cool that they should be here so soon!!

Today was cardio and I went back to an oldie. I did Step Heat, this is one of Cathe first step workouts that she released. Had fun, it was quite easy and I remembered every step. I like this one because it's not quite an hour.

I also did Power Hour Abs.

CARDIO STATS:
53 minutes total
5 minutes below zone
17 minutes in zone
32 minutes above zone
422 calories burned


I'm also looking forward to the new workouts! Hope they ship fast! :eek:

I'm sorry I haven't been on much this week. Work was crazy. Hopefully next week I'll have more time to post.

Hey everyone!

Today was DISC 21, Meso 2, Week 3 , Back & Biceps! Still loving my Power Tower for those pull-ups/chin-ups!! Tough workout , I struggled on the last few reps of ALL the bicep work. I had to lower my weight on deadlifts though. 70#'s KILLED my forearms and fingers. I'm pissed, because my backside could handle that much. Any advice on that?

Belinda: I'm excited about the workouts too!!! I didn't get the downloads, will have to wait for the shipping. But I know when Cathe ships, they come within a few days here. So I'm sure I'll have them next week! I'm still doing STS< so I'll add in the cardio workouts until I'm done. And then I can play with the weight work after the new year!!

Nora: Nice workout yesterday! Hope you don't get a full blown icky cold.

Debbie: The oldies are fun, aren't they? I had fun with the one I did last week too, I think it was Step Jam.

Jessica: Wine or a tough workout, both are all good! This is your "rest" week anyhow. So wine is the better choice ! ;)

Did CCV8 this morning. THE.WHOLE.THING!!!! Those two 8-minute hills are killer.

I finished today's workout about 12:30 pm. Its been a while since I've done Butts & Guts in its entirety, Wow that's a fun tough one.


Here's today's workout:

Butts and Guts= 78 min
Calories burned= 810
Met Value= 7.0


That's it for me today, I figured it wouldn't be a good idea to add to the workout schedule today beyond just that one workout, so I didn't do more than that. I'm done for today and will try to come back later for personals.
